This policy explains how NewBridge Insurance ("Newbridge Insurance," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information you share with us through this website, by phone, by text message and in our offices.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number and email address.
- What you need help with, such as health (ACA), auto, homeowners, dental or vision coverage, and any notes you add.
- Appointment details, such as the office or phone meeting and the day and time you choose.
- Consent records, including the consent wording you agreed to, whether you opted in to text messages, and the date, time, IP address and browser used when you submitted a form.
- Information needed to quote or enroll you in coverage, which we collect only when you work with an agent.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and contact you by phone or email about it.
- To send text messages, only if you opted in to them (see Text messaging below).
- To compare plans, provide quotes and help you enroll in coverage.
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments.
- To keep required records and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the optional text message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Newbridge Insurance about your request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up on your coverage. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (954) 357-2715.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- With insurance carriers and the Health Insurance Marketplace (HealthCare.gov) when you ask us to quote or enroll you.
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, phone and text messaging providers and email providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, regulation or legal process.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to the people who need it to help you.

- Ask us to stop calling or emailing you, or to update your information, by contacting us below.
